Who am I?

I've always been fascinated by what makes people tick. As a registered psychologist, I believe your emotions aren't problems to fix - they're messengers trying to tell you something important. I work with those who are ready to get curious about their inner world and figure out who they really are underneath all the noise.

 

Some Questions You Might Have

  • There is no one answer. Most people feel more hopeful and think more clearly within a few months. Some folks get what they need in 5-10 sessions, others benefit from regular support over several months to a year, and those dealing with trauma or chronic mental health challenges often do well with weekly sessions for 6 months to a year.

  • Start with a free 15-minute consultation first. You can ask questions about how I work and tell me what you're looking for in therapy. This helps us both decide if we're a good fit.

  • Individual/Adolescent 50-minute sessions are $245. Family 50-minute sessions are $245, or $365 for 75-minute sessions (recommended when more than two adults are present).

  • Clients usually book in 4-month blocks so you can get the times that work best for you. Late afternoon and early evening slots are popular and fill up quickly.
